Many people were mad because they fought in the war for there freedoms and they still didn't have it. It took nearly 20 years for the Court to strike down literacy tests and poll taxes.
5. Rights are relatives and not absolute means that you have your right to do something but you have your limits, like you have freedom of speech but cannot speak of overthrowing the government.
